Cancellation received from 7 days to 14 days prior arrival date: 50% of total rate
Cancellation received less than 7 days prior arrival date or No show: 100% of total rate

Children Policy
The rate for children applicable for one child sharing a twin or double cabin with two adults
For infant (<04 years old): FOC except domestic ticket cost
Children above 05 - under 11 years old: 70% adult rate, sharing a cabin with parents
Children from 11 years old and above are considered as adults

I decided to book a tour with Mai from Dream Travel, who is my travel advisor. She is delightful, careful, and expeditious. She also has a welcoming personality during my journey. It was 9 days long, and she assisted me with organizing a customized private tour for the trip. I had a good time exploring the street food tour, especially the service during the cruise in Halong Bay. This was a wonderful trip to the mountainous area in Vietnam! Mrs Mai was very personable and knowledgeable. We had so much fun exploring the local life in Northern Vietnam. Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Vietnam and we will do it again if we come back.
